捲餅與三明治的做法與食材幾乎是一模一樣,所以在這邊一起分享!!
下圖是我最愛用的素排,真的非常好吃!! 可以在Coles或Woolworth買到唷!!
This is a very easy and convenient recipe with short preparetion time. Suitable for quick breakfast, afternoon tea.
Wraps and sandwiches have the same ingriedants and derictions so I will share the recipes together.

這是我愛用的純素美乃滋,便宜又好吃喔!!
This is my favorite soy mayo, Cheap and taste great!!
材料 for 兩捲
捲餅皮 or 土司麵包 2張 2片
素排 1片
番茄 半顆
酪梨 1個
純素起司片 2片
美生菜 一些
純素美乃滋 一些
罐頭紅菜頭 一些(選擇)
Ingredients
2pieces Wraps or Bread
1 Schnitzels
half Tomato
1 Avocado
2pieces Vegan Cheese
some Lettuce
some Vegan mayonnaise
some Beetroot(Optional)
做法
1. 素排用烤箱或平底鍋加熱備用。 平底鍋約7分鐘翻面後約5分鐘, 烤箱約12分鐘220度C
2. 番茄、酪梨切成條狀備用
3. 捲餅皮用平底鍋加熱,兩面各30秒
4. 依序放入美生菜、番茄、酪梨、純素美乃滋、純素起司片
5. 捲起來從中接切一半,完成!!
Deriction
1. Pan or oven heat Schnitzels. pan heat 7 minutes on one side, flip it, 5 minutes on the other side. Oven heat 12 minutes at 220 degree.
2. Cut the tomato and avocado into strips.
3. Pan heat the wraps, 30 seconds per side.
4. Put lettuce, tomato, avocado, vegan mayo, vegan cheese on the wrap.
5. Roll it up, slice it in the middle, finished!

Same with sandwiches, Put ingriedants layer by layer.
